Re: I need a zero turn mower
...

I own mowers and have a large yard. I mow it myself. I maintain my equipment and don't sell it. Selling it would be counterproductive.

People that pay other people to maintain their property are simply lazy. They spout off about 'their time' being so valuable, but they waste it sitting on their fat asses watching propaganda TV.

What mower do you use? I sold my bad boy because I didnt/couldnt want to carry it 1000 miles when I moved. And my old yard was a mountain slope so I sold it. Now I have a large flat yard and the grass grows like crazy.
 Quoting: Overdue

My primary mower is a Cub Cadet rider of 2010 vintage. 46" cut. I also have some push mowers from the 80s. One is a Murray and the other is a Toro. Multiple weed whackers and tillers.

Property is flat. Too flat.

Yeah I live on flat ground too. I have a Husqvarna weed wacker, echo blower, a Poulan chainsaw, and an old poulan mower I got for free but it was free for a reason...
 Quoting: Overdue

Echo weed whacker, Husqvarna chainsaw. Another cheap weed whacker to power the hedge trimmer attachment. Have some wild rose bushes here that get out of hand. The Cub Cadet mower has been great for over a decade. I keep the oil changed. Two sets of blades on it so far and it is due for a new battery. I can't complain. $1300 mower, better than spending $6,000 for one.

I've been married so long, I don't even look both ways when I cross the street.

Save your $$ and DONT buy a Z-Beast. Total junk - replaced drive pullys 2x - belts multiple times - deck rusted completely through @ 112 hours - used for 1 acre lot. Parts expensive and usually out of stock - prob worse now a days.

I drove my badboy over 300 hours no rust. Only changed the oil, never failed. I guess ill just blow my money again on another. I was hoping a cheaper option as $5900 is alot.

Kubota ftw! 42" 122zr. It's what I use. Sweet little mower. Built to last unlike the club cadet mass consumer stuff.

Bad Boy is the best ZT for the price.

I have a Bad Boy with a 28hp CATERPILLAR DIESEL engine.

I love it.

It is a little heavy, though.

If it ever dies, I will replace it with another Bad Boy.

They make them so easy to maintain.

Get a Hustler - they’re the best IMO. I gotta 54” but would get the 60” if I did it over. Have used it 4 years and still runs like a baby.
