I need a zero turn mower
What do you recommend? I had a Bad Boy ZT Elite before and it was great mower. Problem is it went up $900 since I last bought one. Is there a good but cheaper alternative or recommendation?

If it was such a great mower, why do you need another one? Great mowers last many decades if properly maintained.

I am running equipment here from the early 1980s.

At $50 a week do the ROI/TCO analysis of paying a third party to mow for you. No mower cost, maintenance, storage, or your TIME.

They charge me $100+ for my yard. We have too many trees. Plus we live out in BFE

I own mowers and have a large yard. I mow it myself. I maintain my equipment and don't sell it. Selling it would be counterproductive.

People that pay other people to maintain their property are simply lazy. They spout off about 'their time' being so valuable, but they waste it sitting on their fat asses watching propaganda TV.

Nope. I still have most of my trees, though I do have a little patch of grass below my garden. I just let it get grow.

What mower do you use? I sold my bad boy because I didnt/couldnt want to carry it 1000 miles when I moved. And my old yard was a mountain slope so I sold it. Now I have a large flat yard and the grass grows like crazy.

Rural grass cutting is a must...snakes... Hope you find a mower that suits you. Find a cheap rider for now and shop after season for deals. I never buy in season.

My primary mower is a Cub Cadet rider of 2010 vintage. 46" cut. I also have some push mowers from the 80s. One is a Murray and the other is a Toro. Multiple weed whackers and tillers.

Property is flat. Too flat.

Walker is a brand name...zero turn rider...big box at the back to catch the clippings...huge cutting decks (various sizes)...not cheap but you might find a decent priced used one on facebook or Kijiji etc.
