Should of lawyered up individually and made them bankrupt just trying each case Quoting: Cardiak I agree. But the point is we won one. This hopefully will open the floodgates of thousands of lawsuits all over the country. It's too late to reverse all the lives these people destroyed, but hopefully they never get away with it again. |

And paying out aggregate $10M in liability is chump change for these health care institutions. It's a win for the big guys.
