If that were the case, then they wouldn't be going after Trump who refused to play ball with Zelensky and 'the network' unless they gave up the info on Biden and their bribing scheme. That is the entire basis of the 1st impeachment attempt - Trump couldn't be bought when biden already had been.

I'd say this is Biden and his handlers' attempt to prevent Trump from running in 2024 at all cost by literally trying to charge him with what they, themselves, are doing and have done.
