NJ stopped picking up roadkill about 20 years ago to save money and the vulture population exploded. Funny thing about birds that eat dead animals, their poop stinks really bad. Then people complained about vulture poop on their BMW’s. You can’t fix stupid.

Actually, I just watched a video with a news reporter there. It's a densely wooded area. I can't imagine how they counted 100 dead birds.

This is the trail they closed because of the dead birds in the area. It's Length: 18 miles. You tell me how they could take a picture of 100 dead birds for you.
