Well in any case a core of molten/solid Iron is well past it's sell by date - the magnetic field is going to be caused by plasma, Birkeland currents and magnetohydrodynamic effects.

On top of that the mag field flip is going to part of a cosmic event, seeing as it is a living organism tuned into the galactic wave - and also as we humans are an integral part of this as a soul farm of some sort - it is going to effect us in unexpected ways.

I DO find it rather eerie how the scientific evidence converges with Biblical prophecy.

I am no expert on prophecy. I remain open minded ref the various effects of magnetic pole flip.

Note that in Chan Thomas book, he had an Appendix with the results of an experiment where lab rats were shielded from the Earth’s magnetic field. Most died of cancer. However, the rats became violent cannibals despite having abundant food.

Sound familiar? Our magnetic field is about 20% down and we are seeing a lot of violent behaviors. Perhaps some are more vulnerable to such effects.

Ref prophecies, it is best to remain open minded, but skeptical of interpretations. The Bible is full of poetic descriptions, visions, and parables that were not meant to be taken literally. It is NOT a science textbook.

As an engineer, I am focused on solutions or ways to survive such catastrophes.

As Ben Davidson has recommended, a shelter on the East slope of the Rockies above 6,000 feet, underground, and stocked for years is the best bet.

TBH, basic food to keep humans alive is not that expensive if you stick to grain, beans, powdered milk, etc. The biggest hurdle I can see is keeping LIVESTOCK alive for years.

Small critters such as poultry and rabbits would be easy, but how do you put up enough hay and grain for horses, cows, and larger livestock?

If you have seeds and livestock, I am confident that humans can survive long term just like our ancestors did.
