B+ is great. My personal fav is the psilocybe fanaticus (PF) strain developed for cultivation in jars and tote boxes. They get HUGE. Bigger than the gulf strain we got as kids in pastures which can also be huge. They are a lot of fun to grow and if you practice sterility you can collect spores and inoculate another batch indefinitely without having to order spores again. Happy growing!
