Within that fractal is the reflection of God's whole creation. We were made in its image. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 84062929 all the people who yearn to return to 'Source' yearn for death. those who yearn to be alive, to be self, are VERY antagonistic to returning to Source, they despise it with all their being. They despise God and God secretly grants their wishes for despising him so much Physical Death is an illusion. Even most religions say that. There is nothing wrong longing to return back to source, your home, a place where your soul was born and your soul family is connected too.life for eternal soul is boring to stat at home that is why the soul ventures out and incarnate in other planetary matrixes to experience itself. That curiosity is God's curiosity as we make up its infinite body prove it It is called FAITH In God for a reason! |

Quoting: Lazy Monk Soul = a spirit's personal repository of knowledge and experience. Can be added to and refined, and can unfortunately also be lost if you're not careful. If a Spirit loses its Soul the Spirit isn't destroyed, but it is "reset to factory settings" and has to start all over from square one in its development. Not a very desirable thing. You are blind speaking as you know of that which is eternal to be reset to factory settings LOL those that walk as a fool speak as a fool - blinded by the darkness of your on birth Since you seem to be a Christian, I'll just dump a couple of Bible verses on you, to show that nothing I said is in conflict. First, to show that the soul can indeed by destroyed and is not eternal (like the spirit is): Matthew 10:28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. Second: Revelation 3:11-12 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown. The one who is victorious I will make a pillar in the temple of my God. Never again will they leave it. I will write on them the name of my God and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which is coming down out of heaven from my God; and I will also write on them my new name. Your spirit is you. The "crown that thou hast and must hold fast" is your soul. Without it, you lose your place in the Kingdom of God. Since the soul represents your entire history as a conscious being and all of your memories, what are you without it? A newborn spirit. Freshly baked from the oven. Reset to factory conditions. Everything that was once distinctly "you" is lost. This is called "the second death" BTW. It is to be avoided. Death = losing you physical body. Second death = losing your soul. Think of it like this: If the essence of you were identical to your soul, then you could not lose it. But the essence of you is your spirit, a fragment of God, and the soul is a secondary thing your spirit "owns", just like the body. And so you could lose it. But if you do manage to hold fast it can be yours forever. This is clearly something to strive for, wouldn't you say? Lazy Monk |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 84114612 United States 09/15/2022 10:57 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | the answers are a mystery, and all of nature is like a jigsaw puzzle, every living creature reveals clues. just like trees produce an abundance of seeds, to spread offspring. in each seed is contained the essence of self, the soul. we call it "DNA", but what is DNA, just chemicals? it's the ordering intelligence, self contained. autonomous, every living thing has it's own will to exist as it is. it must fit, and external reality shapes living things, it has shaped us, we must fit into the whole so the universe functions logically. but it is still that desire to exist. the plants desire to exist, and reproduce children. they fling seeds all over the place, we eat them, they become us. in the natural world, other creatures might eat us, and we become them. and out comes the man from mars. you try to run but he's got a gun and he shoots you dead, and he eats your head. |

It is all the concepts that make up the living thoughtform that is you. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 82512157 We are all tulpas in the mind of God. Tulpa is a concept in Theosophy, mysticism, and the paranormal, of an object or being that is created through spiritual or mental powers.[1] Modern practitioners, who call themselves "tulpamancers", use the term to refer to a type of willed imaginary friend which practitioners consider to be sentient and relatively independent. yes, that's very good, tulpas. and our children? are they OUR tulpas? have you ever had a dream, where the characters in the dream, you could feel were actually independent of your own conciousness? It's quite a shocking sensation, if you ever experience it, and it's happened many times in my dreams, a person is clearly NOT a product of my own mind. It can be a little unsettling to say the least, that one of the characters is not simply what I desire them to be, but actually resists my own will. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 84114612 United States 09/15/2022 11:21 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | a tulpa needn't be another human form. Octopi are tulpas of the creator, so are bears, so are peacocks. but generally we create tulpas in our own image, although a fantastic artist can sculpt anything he can imagine right? and if he impregnates it with his soul, can gives it life, but obviously we exist in an incredibly complex dream, the mind of a God or gods we can scarcely comprehend. Alan Watts says we are really god, forgetting who we are. on purpose maybe? is that true? what if we are not God, forgetting who we are, but tulpas of God struggling to become real, like Pinnochio or frosty the snowman. what what exactly is that process? only a genius could understand that it's something as complex as our own physical physiology, cellular processes, all the molecules, bacteria, in our body. how does God imagine an octopus's mind? and how does the octopus imagine itself to be real? |

We are all within the spirit of the Church / the Bride of Christ. |
