I trust evidence found on victims bodies like blood, semen, video or photo footage of crime in action. Old school rules of means, motive, opportunity to commit the crime...yes.

Personally I think the death should either be swiftly carried out at the time of the crime when observed or done in the prisons in front of the other prisoners so they see wtf happens when they commit particular crimes. No torture. Just a quick lead shot to the skull...no need for anything fancy.

I can forgive someone for killing an adult someone who killed an adult can be rehabilitated.

But child killers, violent rapist ,pedophiles, and anyone and everyone involves transing the kids needs to be put to death!!
