I've seen this before. It's an anomaly of Doppler Radar. They have a Doppler at OKC and this happens when there is a thunderstorm close to the Radar dish. The dish picks up Ice Crystals in the storm...

Other anomalies that can cause this is Temperature inversion, birds, and insects...

Isn't there a cold front that is in the Northeast. I bet a few of those are Ice Crystals and it's probably around sunset too...

Now those cigar shaped anomalies are strange. They are huge too. Could be blimps. Military does have huge blimps...
