Nexrad. Pulses. I've been watching this on zoom radar for several years. There are you tube channels that discuss it.
The military admit to owning the weather and modifying the weather. Weather warfare.

Dutchsince used to catch these events periodically. He initially thought they were weather modification signals being sent out of regional Doppler towers (e.g. Raleigh & Spartanburg). Then he backed away from that assessment. Some folks call it a natural event (birds, temperature inversions, air particulate…), but natural events like those would not be universal at each Doppler location.

I suspect it is something more like communications for military, but have no evidence of that.

It could be the airport radar systems are pulsating harder not that the U.S military has control of them. This happens at sunset and sunrise. Each one of those donuts is a doppler radar station. At sunset and sunrise, neutrinos from the sun hit sensors at just the right angle and create this effect. They have been doing this since the most recent doppler upgrade, about 6 years ago.

its now moved back north near the NY & PA border.
