Depending on location the doctors mostly prefer cash, and the appointment is usually 150-350 bucks, some places renew annually |

This why pharma got on the wagon against pot. They can’t have people making their own laxatives. They can’t have people making their own fiber. They can’t have people easing their own anxiety. They can’t have people curing their own insomnia. They can’t have people making their anti nausea medicine. They can’t have people making their own hunger stimulant. They can’t have people easing their asthma symptoms ( look it up ). They can’t have people working on their own depression without SSRIs. They can’t have people enjoying intoxication without nasty side effects. They can’t have people use plants in place of medicine. That’s where all of this is heading. But mainly, you can’t have people treating their own pain. The horror. When it comes to buying guns and the federal questionnaire on using marijuana, it is illegal to do so. Since it’s illegal, this makes sense. However, there’s zero reason for a person who quit using pot, not to be able to purchase a gun. So it’s simple really. Stop using if you want to buy a gun. Although I do understand the reasoning, schedule and all, the stereotype of a dangerous gun owner still centers on alcohol. There is no nobility in being superior to your fellow man. Look up the history on the mass shooters. Most either were, or had been on one in the past 5 years (takes that long to get out of the system) I concur with your statement. That said, you gotta look at the decades of data. Before the SSRIs. Alcoholic rates were very high for certain professions. Certain professions that also used guns as part of their daily work. Many turned the guns on themselves. Whereas bar fights have led to gunplay killing tens of thousands, the number of shootouts at Grateful Dead concerts pales in comparison. How’s that for stereotypes? SSRIs are nasty in their own right. Considering over 20 million people use them, it’s still a pretty low symptom. Albeit, a crazy one. I don’t think they should allow those near someone under 25. If their brain hasn’t finished growing in, why do they think that shits fine? It’s beyond me. A lot cheaper than prescription drugs much less insurance, and better than some long term anti-depressant, or nearly unattainable Xanax even if it’s needed. Of course, in Bible Belt freedom loving TN that’s not possible. In VA you can buy the card IF you’re a resident. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 83075378 10/20/2022 12:48 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I paid a doctor $95 in Oklahoma for him to write a recommendation then $125 to file and receive the card. There are specific doctors you go to. Have your friend Google specifically for medical Marijuana recommendation doctors. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 81006886 Wow! In California you're able to get a mmc online, which is a 5 min. televisit, then $20 for them to approve you for the stuff. For a add'l $15 ($35 total) you also get a actual card mailed to you which says your doctor name whose care you are under while he is recommending this drug for you. Also has their phone number, so if anyone has any questions regarding card's validity, they're able to contact them to confirm you are patient of theirs as well as the card's validity. It's only good for 1 yr though. After year is up, you're able to renew for $25, including new card in the mail. 1 year goes by fast, and it's a pain to have to renew every year, but compared to what everyone else is having to pay, seems like it's almost free here. But then, what else would you expect to hear coming from California, right? |

Filing with the state was $28, for a year. There will a vote this November to legalize it, across the board. For people in pain, this will be an important choice. It will also make it affordable, as the price will come down with legalization. No licensing required, unless you intend to grow. . |

It all fucking sucks big time, even the "top shelf". They spray that shit multiple times a week. Completely ruins it not to mention they don't know how to fertilize in those large grows. Double ruined It all tastes like pesticides and fertilizers. No one should be smoking neem oil and over nitrated weed. It's making the public retarded and sick just as big pharma planned. They spent the better part of half a decade figuring out how to ruin Cannabis and that's the model legal grows follow. Cannabis that smells like plastic and tastes like random oils it's been sprayed with. |
