I'm sure it took a good deal of "friendly persuasion" to get the dog to cooperate! lol! You are right on!  The Oracle's Cookie Oh yeah! My son has two little dogs that they dress up for halloween, and as their grandma, I can tell you they hate it.  Long ago I adopted a 3 legged Pomeranian (missing a front leg because of previous owners). I used to have BBQ bon fire parties 2 times a year and friend groups canoe weekends once a year. I would make her a fake front leg. One party I made a Barbie doll leg. On my 50th I made her a stuffed nylon leg with a tiny support shoe.lol On one of the canoe weekends I made her a leg with a flipper on the end.lol I included her in my Halloween costumes for friends parties too. Once I went as a spider (with the 8 legs) and made her a Fly with wings, antenna and of course lightly wrapped cotton as spider silk and carried her. Another time I made myself as a box of king size tissues and made her a booger. She turned out pretty gross. I had a lot of fun with my son when young. My best was a vampire. I had an IV bag that I filled with red water and made a red lined black coffin with a barbie doll Dracula inside as his candy bag. my gosh it was fun doing Halloween with him. . . . My dog ate my pronouns, he/she/it - everywhere. (Clown World tees) . Want to make God laugh, tell Him 'your' plans. . Cremation... the only hope I have left for a smoking hot body... .
