The local Best Buy in my hometown was closed down earlier this month, I was shocked when I found out at thanksgiving because I always thought they did pretty good business. I’ve only been spending what I absolutely have too, and bunkering down for the worst.

We did some Black Friday shopping today. Nothing extravagant this year. We mostly bought necessity items like work pants, thermal socks, warm pajamas and a small amount of winter clothing for Christmas this year. It won't be the most exciting Christmas, but everyone will get what they need.
