green tea is to asians what nettle tea is to europeans

nettle has no caffeine and has a flavour which can easily be used in cooking, in broths and soups, etc.

probably from where your ancestry is from will determine if one or the other or something else is more efficacious and/or palatable to you.

do enjoy green tea very occasionally, but could never drink it everyday and never experienced immediate benefits, unlike with nettle tea, which i often brew with lemon balm and peppermint at the same time for their benefits and wonderful flavour.


of course jjjasian products are promoted more by some people and in the jmedia and by jscientists


it's like the promotion of oranges for vitamin c and bananas for potassium over other readily available in colder climates options....
