Little boy asks 'Santa' for a nerf gun..

I had to stay up all night to find out the truth, think I was six or seven. I did tell the other kids at school and got punished, can't remember if the teacher washed my mouth out with soap (that might have been my babysitter) but I got taken off the playground and had to sit in a room by myself.

He offered that boy many alternatives. If your child cries because it doesen't get always what it wants you did an amazing job to raise an spoiled brat, simple as that. Everyone here would clap, if it was a liberal lefty child who wished to get a purple dildo like his dad and Santa refused because he doesen't yupport degenerated liberals. But as soon he refuses to give him a nerf gun, everyone here thinks they are morally qualified to demonise this guy. My sister lets her boys run amok, so as you make a clear distinction in behavior when my kids play with their cousins, the toy guns get put up. Nerf to the nuts isn’t a problem , it’s getting any toy especially ones you have to aim jammed in my teeth i have a problem with. The irony in all this is my sister is a complete libtard social worker and won’t let her husband keep the shotgun i gave him in the house despite having a chamber chain lock in it.

My own siblings threatened me if I or my kids were to tell their kids there was no santa. They made a huge deal of it and it was clear it was not even for the kids but for THEM. I did not push my opinions onto them and told my kids not to say anything. It turned out to be another great life lesson that demonstrated the willful idiocy of grown adults. My kids marveled at their stupidity.

Today, all of my kids are wise, productive people. They love to have fun with friends and family, especially during the holidays when they can all come home for the break. They sit around huge tables playing cards and board games and they are eating, drinking, and laughing all night with all the friends and family they've grown up with throughout the years. Not having the lie of santa did nothing to prevent their fun and they won't be passing on this lie that has become a tradition to most.

Who can really say they enjoyed the fact that their own parents made a fool of them with this lie? Having joy while "knowing" there was a santa because your trusted parents told you this does NOT make this lie OK and good for your kids. It really is just one giant example your kids have that you cannot be trusted and they will subconsciously look for those they believe they CAN trust.

The way and location you and I were raised, is night and day different than it is for kids today. Tv changed, smart phones video games, etc. acting like those things don’t play into the kind of violence we see today is intellectually dishonest.

I'm female, and I remember loving my toy metal guns that fit in a holster that went around my waist! We also loved our water guns!

Ironically, not the only Mall Santa I've wanted to kick the shit out of. Had one toss one of my nieces on the ground because he though she peed on his leg. She was four and he hurled into a stack of packages like a sack of garbage and started screaming, "Your kid pissed on my leg!"
