You cycle a slide once when first loading a mag. After you dump the mag the slide stays open in a locked position until you insert the next one and drop the release button. Fun fact. The idea here is that one can download a 357 below what would reliably cycle a slide on a semi auto. Fiddling with velocities always means that one has to compensate with the sights as point of impact changes from point of aim. Hunting squirrels and other small game don’t want to ruin too much meat so lower velocities. DrPunch |

What he means is: He can lightly("down") hand load a revolver cartridge for smaller critters without worrying about the gun functioning...Fun Fact... A lightly loaded auto cartridge maynot provide enough recoil for the gun to function %100. Plus you gotta' chase/find your brass. Brass would become a valuable commodity. |

Especially for the handloader though because can handle 38 special as well is pretty versatile with factory ammo. 357 with 125 grain bullet still the champ of one shot stops even though cops don’t carry them much at all anymore. I have one from the 70's that was surplused when the cops shifted to semi-auto. |

Nope.. each country in UK has different laws.. In england and Wales there is multiple legal loopholes to own handguns... and more or less any rifle but some only in certain calibres.. and shotguns.. in Northern Ireland you can own anything.. Scotland is strict.. Just shotguns if you can get a Firearm's licence... Last Edited by Cannabis Kills People!.... on 12/04/2022 02:32 PM Polish First.. Slav Power!...
