Under the new scheme if residents want to leave their zone they will need permission from the Council who gets to decide who is worthy of freedom Quoting: Dawntless Yeh, we'll see how long that lasts, though the centre of Oxford small with narrow streets. It also has had Bus - park and ride systems for well over 40 years. It was a nightmare to get around even on a motorbike back in the early 1980's when I was at college there.  |
