if successful it would set precedent. The every young broke lawyer would jump in with thousands of suits. Discovery alone would have the DoD tar and feathered. So expect this to get quashed.

At least they found lawyers that would take the case. Can't find anyone who will take a case like this in WA state.

Even though it's a civil suit it's still great to see this happening, I'd love to see criminal suits as well.
