It would not be surprising if it was the outcome from covid shot, while without the guys would keep bark for hours, then go back to house, sleeping from exhaustion :(

I remember this as well. Story was the couple were notorious jerks in the neighborhood who terrorized their neighbor. I watched the video when it first came out. The couple were instigating things with their neighbor. Some people have it coming…they really do.

Pretty much.

I’ve lived in the northwest woodlands of New Jersey my entire life, and these two who got their tickets punched sound and act exactly like many of the inhabitants of places like Bayonne, Jersey City, parts of Newark, that entire area just to the west of New York City. Foul-mouthed, short-tempered, often scornfully disrespectful of the rights of others and usually, but not always, of either Italian or Polish ancestry. We get them up here when the leaves turn color in the fall, and they stick out like a sore thumb. Always glad when the leaves are gone and they go home. Too bad so many are, like these two, moving to nice places and making them not so nice.

The back story is that the two had been dumping snow that fell on their place across the street and dumping it on the (apparently well-armed) neighbor’s property, in spite of him telling them numerous times over the months to cease and desist. That’s primarily what the argument was all about.

Not sure if the shooter ran empty or had a jam, I counted 12 handgun rounds fired. When he walks away from the guy lying off-camera his pistol’s slide is back, like he emptied the mag. Odd number of rounds if he did. Lousy shot, unless he missed them with the first few on purpose.

What amazes me is that, even with the guy initially walking up to them with gun in hand, these two rocket scientists don’t shut up, they keep their mouths going. This is so typical of these types. I think the thing that tipped the shooter over the edge was the threat to “make your life here a living hell”. I’ll bet he made the decision right at that point, and the die was cast. The two of them seemed absolutely shocked when they were hit, like they thought the guy was just threatening them. Fatal mistake. His final words to them are epic:

“You should have kept your f***ing mouth shut!”

“I’m a p***y, huh?”

He apparently had had enough of them, the world, and everything in it. Somewhat surprised he didn’t take at least a couple of cops before he checked himself out, given his level of anger, but after all, his problem wasn’t with them.

I remember the video. Those two were complete pest and messing with their neighbor for a while.
The shooter was a veteran and they pushed him over the breaking point with obvious results.
