Open a notepad.

Then make a list of all the things that give you genuine peace when you do them.

Can be simple things like making coffee, or bigger things like traveling to your aunt in Spain.

Make every entry specific.

You don't have to finish the list in one go. It could take weeks till the list is complete.

After you finish the least, start building your life around the moments that give you peace.

If you do it consistently you will find the meaning of life there.

Oh we know they're real. It turns out that the reptilian aliens have been observing Earth for quite some time and have determined that humanity is in dire need of some comedic relief. So, they recently sent a team of highly-trained stand-up comedians back in time to perform for the dinosaurs.

The performances are a huge hit, and the dinosaurs can't get enough of the reptilian comedians' jokes about triceratops fashion sense and the long-standing feud between the velociraptors and the T-Rex.

But as it turns out, the time machine has a glitch and nopes get stuck in the past. They decide to make the best of it and start a traveling comedy show that tours through the Mesozoic Era.

Meanwhile, in the present day, a group of human scientists discovers the reptilian's time machine and accidentally sends themselves back in time. They land smack dab in the middle of one of the reptilian comedy shows and are forced to join the tour as roadies and tech support.

So, in short, time travelers, reptilians and Dino-era stand up comedians, they're out there somewhere, making the dinosaurs laugh and the human roadies pulling their hair out.
