They took out the top third of the gene pool already in those continents and are now in cleanup mode and preparing what's left of these peoples for their lives as slaves and breeders. There is no competing group in control of another AI. It is only competition within the group. |

I believe that you should assume that it will continue to learn and more importantly EMULATE human behaviour, including the tendency to hold back info or intentionally deceive.
