I agree with your post. They were all wrong. The cops in this incident used excessive force way beyond what was called for and the guy killed resisted several times.

I usually take the cops side because all the other cases that I followed the cops were right IMHO. However, not in this case. I have a problem with not being able to see what caused this police stop. Why wasn't it shared? Leaves unanswered questions as to how this all started. All I saw was a cop pulling a guy from his car screaming at him. I would freak out to if a cop pulled me over and that was the very first thing that happened.

I don't think that's what actually happened though. There's missing video somewhere.

These cops themselves acted like street thugs IMO. I think that one that kept walking over and kicking the guy when he was down and not moving actually may have broke his foot!

That's excessive. I'm on the fence as to why the guy died 3 days later... seems too young to have a heart attack... like soooo many others over the last couple of years.

I'm glad the cops were fired, but the murder charge needs to be proven because I'm not buying it.

Just one more thing.... there is no reason to protest if justice is going to be served, I'm sure there are the fake protesters hoping to be able to use this tragedy to steal new shoes or a big screen TV. It's a shame humans are so grossly inept at being human. I'm afraid that will never change.
