They can very easily rig those high altitude balloons to carry a modern nuke and have it drop the nuke when it reaches various GPS location ranges. And no one would ever see it coming. All that fancy missile detection systems, and “star wars” programs to knock down incoming nukes just got punked by a basic balloon. It doesnt even have to be nukes. They can drop chemical weapons (poison the air, water supplies, etc) or they can drop biologicals ( create outbreaks, destroy livestock or crops, etc), or a million other devastating shit.
