Cannabis has no connection to mass shootings, if it did I am sure we would hear about it. In fact it is my opinion that you are much safer around an armed indivudual that regularly uses cannabis than you with one that is not.

In states where Cannabis is legal to consume, you can get a CC permit. You cannot legally buy a gun because to do so you would have to lie on the Federal questionnaire , but you can carry one. When I was in Colorado I noticed nearly all of the proprieties of dispensaries were legally armed.

Pennsylvania has not legalized cannabis. They have allowed the medical use of cannabis.
