I choose to be proactive. I’m also acting as though the worse is true. Eating eggs each morning, taking NAC, quercetin, zinc, bromelain, turmeric and omega 3s, the combo of which has been discussed at length in other threads to “unravel” and render spike proteins ineffective.

Will it work? Time will tell. But I’d rather do something that is good for me anyway, than to sit and worry about it. Worry saps all the joy out of today. I don’t want to do that since none of us is promised tomorrow.
