This looks to me like something set up.

What was the context? The girl was trying to get out of there and the other women held her down?

The one holding her was laughing during the video, but I saw another video that had a demonstration at the college and she was crying while victimizing herself. This is what gives me the impression that it was something set up.

So the video starts with two black girls detaining a drunk woman, one with her hands grasping the drunk woman's wrists. At 18 seconds the black girl attempts to hit the drunk girl.

All I see is another black assaulting a white person.
