I was indicted on five aggravated assaults on peace officers and got it reduced to misdemeanors and probation. I had to pay a shit ton of money to lawyers but it was worth it because I was looking at 20 years per charge. She should be able to skate if she plays the game.

So the video starts with two black girls detaining a drunk woman, one with her hands grasping the drunk woman's wrists. At 18 seconds the black girl attempts to hit the drunk girl.

All I see is another black assaulting a white person.

I don't know your situation, but is virtually impossible to get a conviction in a jury trial so plea bargaining is a fools errand.
Police almost always initiate the contact first and are the antagonists, and in the process they violate the constitution somehow. American citizens are sick of them. You will end up with a hung jury because the boot licks will vote to convict, and the DA will drop the charges.

IN this country you can say or think what you want, and you can hate who you want.

Jury nullification is the only reason I even consider showing up, but they make the process so painful and there's no way I'm getting selected if I answer those questions honestly.

This is certainly an example. I'm basically being asked to pick a hot white girl over a disgusting animal who doesn't even belong in our white country. That's an easy choice for me and many others who just wont say that's what they're choosing.

It is my contention that the "racial slurs" have nothing to do with her guilt of innocence.

If the police initiated the contact, she has a good chance of walking in a jury trial. If they offer her a plea bargain, it is because they KNOW they have a weak case.

One of the questions they invariably ask is "do you trust the police" and have you ever had any negative experiences with them or know someone who has. If they didn't lie, no one would get on a jury
