Most all are there to learn and find a better paying future. In fact a guy I worked for was an elevator mechanic who went to college for finance in his 40s, after 20 years in the trade he wanted to have a degree in finance. He achieved the goal and started his own elevator business in which he still did majority of all labor You just show your own bias and ignorance.
