Being a priest doesn’t make him more holy or above the rest in righteousness. He’s just another human working at his job that he trained for. No different than a plumber, lawyer, or hotel maid.

A few years ago saw a priest at a furniture store dressed in his priest uniform asking the salesman for an additional “Church” discount for chairs he wanted to buy for his personal use after settling on a discounted price. A good woman nearby overheard and asked the priest why should he get an extra special discount just because he’s a priest.
