I don't think it would go down that way. Ask yourself this, if it really collapsed and the stores emptied out, would you and your family stay? Of course not. People don't stay in towns when all the opportunities dry up, the leave and it becomes a ghost town.

The majority of the population is going to stream out of those cities like a plague of locusts; some looking for food, some looking for handouts, some looking for jobs, land and new opportunity.

It will be like the great migration of the dust bowl all over again, except much of the west has been settled now and they will be streaming from all over.

It doesn't matter anyway, shortly after the collapse, they will implement the digital currency/ID. It would be the emergency they need for the masses of Americans to finally swallow that jagged little pill. No mark, no government aid or help.

The only way the cities would become slaughter houses if they were all walled in, before the collapse.

The government has plans for this. They will not let you leave because there is no way to support roving mobs of millions of starving people. Farms will be protected and must continue to produce. The biggest problem is movies like Dances with Wolves,Red Dawn,are fantasy.

There won't be EMPS. It would be easier just to use conventional nukes. Why destroy the infrastructure and leave the population? Frankly they already have bombs that can kill the population and leave the infrastructure. Those would be far more likely than an EMP attack. Also an EMP attack would destroy most of the backbone of the globalists surveillance and control system, they won't be destroying that, ever.

The only collapse people will see is an economic one, dovetailed into the digital ID/ currency system.
