Personally I think paranoia and delusions of grandeur are common of people with mental health issues.

As someone on my churches safety team we look for people that could hurt the flock and often those people get singles out because they don't look right.... From clothing to mannerisms or whatnot. Then yesz we keep an eye on them to make sure they aren't planning to harm which could lead them to believe they are being followed and watched, which they are on the property.

Society can tell when people aren't all there mentally and take note... These aren't gang stalkers per say but to a person with mental issues it could seem that way.

If they are from certain groups in certain so called spiritual sets, most definitely. Though it is about as smart as sending people to "test" psychics, clearly any real ones will know and get nothing or just pick up dodginess and pretend not to be working... every time. I am a targeted individual in these programs because of my DNA. There is no more alliance between what people consider aliens and what people consider human. What there really is are 2 different soul types on Earth and 2 different body types. Humans have just about killed my kind off completely while experimenting on us in the most inhumane ways. What is different about me than a normal person. My immune system works differently and my DNA is what they call 100 percent blue blood. I’m part of a UN experiment that just about killed my kind off. There is only 1 other person in the world who is 100 percent like myself and that is George Soros. His kids are bred with human which makes them well human. Under 65 percent blue blood bodies can only hold human souls. What’s worse is that human souls are different in that they are in a quantum system in higher dimensions where our souls are normally free. Theirs are electrical in nature where ours are something I will never put on paper anywhere. My kind are under constant attack in the most racist way. We are not aliens. We are born on Earth just like humans. We are just different. I racist policies along with projects like project paperclip have killed my family. I am alone on this vast planet and there is no one like me anywhere anymore. We are a dying race replaced by an AI in a quantum system that fuses with human bodies to create what you know as reality. You’ll do yourselves in trying to figure out the universe so you can escape prison planet Earth but there isn’t a reality beyond what you can observe or what you think exists. It is just not for you. Seek your power within yourselves instead of killing my kind for it.

What evidence is there that there are organizations out there who spend time/money on stalking nobodies, aka "gangstalking?"

Well that is a thing, but targeted individuals in different programs is a thing, and also some are targeted by individuals like stalkers. Don't belittle the people you have no understanding about.

Real gangstalking is just organized demonic harassment. The demonic spirits jump from person to person to try to drive an individual insane or to frighten them into compliance. It usually means that you are somehow a threat to the evil system down here and God has a special plan for you. Sometimes, it is just people with high IQs who get mobbed by morons because the masses are threatened by anyone who doesn't fit the accepted narrative. This is also demonic in nature though since this world is obviously run by evil for the time being. It is all like that movie Fallen with Denzel Washington.

Okay. So what did the "gangstalked" nobodies did to be worth the time and resources to be "gangstalked?"

Real gang stalking is far worse than any paparazzi can do.

I don't think that they get paid. When it first started for me decades ago, they would offer people like 40 or 50 dollars the first time to do whatever "they" told them to do, but then the second time they would give them like a few bucks, and by the third time they would wonder why they're doing what they're doing. If you mean like the actual "secret agent" gangstalker people (for lack of a better description), I don't think even their higher ups with the black suits in the black cars get paid anything. Wherever it is "they" come from, I don't think they work for money because they can't even get the people that are from "over-here" (I guess that is their lingo for where we're from) to consistently do anything for money. I mean, some people kinda do lately, but it isn't as consistent as the ACTUAL gangstalker "agents" (again, for lack of a better word to use).

Havana Syndrome couldn't be the "gangstalkers" because there's too many breadcrumbs leading to the microwave van that's probably parked outside. That's probably why the US Government at first ignored it, because they probably thought it was the gangstalkers/aliens/etc type of thing. When the gangstalkers do the remote torture, there's no microwave van that drives off when you look out the window, it's just completely remote and they can do whatever they want anywhere you are in the world, with nothing physically tracing anything to them. It's tricky, but the Havana Syndrome is probably more a terrestrial government operation than something as far out and out of this world as the "gangstalkers".

The "wire tapping" thing was more of an issue before everyone had a cell phone in their hands. They could scramble up an important phone call (like one time when I ran from a workplace, and the boss called to tell me that he would see what he could do about the "gangstalkers" and to just ignore them for the time being and come back to work) or turn off all the pay phones in an area if you're trying to make a phone call, etc. In the age of cell phones, it seems to be less of an issue.

As for no fly lists, "they" don't like physical evidence like that so they instead like have people put stuff in the system in response to you saying anything or doing anything. Like one time I did a freedom of information act request in Canada, and saw that all the immigration people were saying all kinds of crazy stuff about me in their system.

And as for the credit rating thing, if you have invincible "secret agents" that can do anything chasing you around all over the place from job interview to job interview, you just might have a crummy credit rating. Again, they don't like to leave too many physical records all over the place.
