I lived around there (in the burbs) for a few years, went into the city often for work.

This was about 20 years ago - it was mostly full of white, blue collar men who liked sports. Beer drinking macho types.

I didn't see that many blacks. But apparently, they shut down the city now on their "wilding" weekends.
