Our school bus driver would pull over and beat the shit out of any kids who were getting out of line, he had a wooden handled ice scraper and he would take head shots with that.

It's funny, cuz here in what is basically Mayberry suburbia with a crime rate of practically zero, Target has open carry armed security patrolling the store, but no security is allowed on public busses in high crime areas?
