The relationship between sworn law enforcement personnel and the Lodge is a subject matter that is very rarely discussed in any circle. As secretive as the Freemasons Lodge is, the world of law enforcement is equally and arguably more secretive in the totality of scope and core nature. [link to freemasonrywatch.org (secure)] Not all police are Freemasons, I know this for a fact, also there are some problems because the Freemasons help other Masons and the ones who don't want to join for personal reasons get fewer promotions.
