It has a different type of fluoride fluoride and then something that starts with an s. I just took a whole bunch of it and rubbed it on my gums and teeth inside and out and just let it sit there for 20 and 30 minutes since we switched it in and out. It got much better after that |

You will get several doctors telling you what to do. Most are sound natural, cheap cures that clears up your mouth in just days. Lots of regular people give sound advice too. I was suffering years ago with swollen, bleeding and painful gums. The dentist said I needed a gum scraping, and antibiotics, or I would lose all my teeth. The dr on utube said it COULD be a vitamin B12 deficiency. Three days on heavy doses of Melt-in-your-mouth Vitamin B12 and I was feeling so much better. I stopped all florides and mouthwashes. I started the chewable probiotics morning and bedtime. In two weeks I had a good set of gums and felt better all over. I make sure to take supplements like B complex, D3, potassium, garlic oil gelcaps, magnesium complex, Omega 3 fish oil gels, and several others. Probiotics in your mouth keep it healthy. Bedtime is a good time for a serving of whole milk, plain, Greek yogurt. I gave up carbs a couple of years later and went Carnivore. I have lost 95 lbs. My blood work is a work of art. I wish I had that gum disorder years earlier and started taking care of my health then. The only good advice I ever got was from the doctors and thinking people on the tube. |

Spit out into trash (don't gum up the plumbing). Repeat daily first thing in the morning on empty stomach. Yup. Takes a few days but it works. Try to do it an hour before you ingest anything else. |

Been swishing and gargling with salt water after each meal and its helped ALOT, i had a boil on my gum and it was the only thing that worked, tried clove oil, hp, etc, no good, tho clove oil is great for individual tooth aches and inflammation, has worked great before. In my research i have learnt that aloe vera works wonders to help gingivitus, just bought a bottle of pure aloe juice and will try it soon using it as a mouthwash after brushing twice a day, especially before bed so it has time to sit on your gums all night as you sleep. |
