There was a long thread on the chans about two years ago from a dude claiming to be an engineer at Boeing in Washington state IIRC.

He was documenting an incident involving some diversity kangz and queenz where some engineering data was stolen/deleted. He stated that the kang they hired for the engineering team had a valid degree but didn't understand even the most basic concepts he was hired for.

Long story, but basically some senior engineering staff were either fired or quit over the incident. Their IT and legal department proved the data was accessed by a queen in a different department FROM HER HOME COMPUTER.

OP's final summation was that Boeing was staffing several critical positions with diversity kangz who were dangerously under qualified and that in 2-5 years he would never fly on another Boeing aircraft.
