I'm all for *responsible* use of a God given plant, likewise for coca leaves (not cocaine!!), poppy seeds whenever they help, etc.

The same attitude and rules we currently have for smoking or alcohol drinking. Of course I don't want to see people going out stoned and the laws should be applied when there are such cases. But we don't want an all out blanket ban for everyone just because some abuse them.

That said, I'm absolutely against all *synthetic* highly concentrated addictive drugs, purely chemical or plant based. There should be careful unbiased studies of such psychotropics so we can have the right information before taking a stance.
