Why because we are in debt. Unless we can mine an asteroid that supposedly could be worth Quadrillion"s we as a people have to fake exchange money. Because no money is ever exchanged. True. But not exactly. Dollar tree was the original. But it's Kmart to dollar generals Walmart. Same way temu and whatever else will push Amazon out. Eventually. Nothing lasts forever. Not even Amazon. And I know they have a stranglehold but in my opinion their footprint has gotten too big. Too many distribution centers. Their own truck and air fleets. It's too big.
