Other UK posters have been reporting the same problem with some of them losing signal altogether. Most likely due to the winter storm. Its a common occurance here in the states. Mostly with thunderstorms or regular storms where there is lots of precipitation and cloud cover is heavy.

yeah.. just for a moment or so.. obviously the weather causing it. The wind also blew my satellite dish of course, took ages in the freezing cold to re-align it, but picked up Astra 19 while I was searching for Astra 2A. Astra 19 is wicked..!! can get BBC World, European MTV & other music channels, some good stuff.. but most are German, Austrian, French & Spanish channels. I'm gonna get a double LNB & fit it to the dish soon, so I can pick up both Astra 2A & 19. I'm curious to know what's on Atlantic & Hippasat.. could be mostly Spanish & Portuguese I think, but Atlantic may have some north American channels on too. Must check that out..
