This man is a jewel in politics that many people know nothing about. He truly is fighting for the rights of the people. Lets support him with recognition and spread the word about Rep. Chaffetz. He is trying to do the right thing for the citizens of the United States. He certainly is a breath of fresh air! LINK: Chaffetz said CBD oil — a marijuana extract low in THC, the chemical that causes the "high" in marijuana — has been used to successfully treat epilepsy, cancer and other illnesses. "Patients who qualify to receive treatment should not have to fear prosecution by the federal government," Chaffetz said in a statement. "States have taken the lead on this issue, and the federal government should follow." Marijuana use, which is classified as a Schedule 1 substance, remains illegal under federal law. Other schedule 1 substances include heroin, ecstasy and bath salts. Fifteen states, including Utah, have passed legislation permitting medical use of CBD oil, according to Chaffetz. I prefer real hash oil and some dank buds! It is a good way to live & let live! |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 8555618 What a joke. Even worse is whenever they find people making this oil, it gets described as a "has oil lab" on the news as if they're doing something as bad as a meth lab. That pisses me off. I am so sick of living in a dictatorship. |

It took a constitutional amendment to ban alcohol consumption and the same protocol is required for the other so called banned substances. If one causes no harm to others ingesting medicinal substances then government can keep their noses out of my business. My body, my choice right? |

Now, at this time in the history of mankind, we are regressing as a people. Government has decided that we have no rights at all. Any rebel out there, who takes a chance to be who and what they want to be, takes a chance of imprisonment. I feel danger up ahead for all our brave rebels out there. |
