Supreme Court: No 'Due Process' Guarantee for Those Unable to Pay Child Support

After my ex wife spent 1800 a month of child support on drugs and parting, she lost the house then abandoned the kids. I took custody of them and went to court to get child support from her. The court told me that if she isn't working they won't have a hearing on the matter. Later during the divorce I wasn't allowed to tell the judge any of this. Her lawyer said I could not prove that she actually got the money even tho it was taken out of my check by the state. The judge then rewarded her by giving her half of my pension and a thousand dollars a month for the rest of her life. Fuck the system and fuck all judges and lawyers.
