In our country police are trained to take insults and respond accordingly, which is calming the situation and not tasering.

I agree you have to totally submit to the police, in any fashion they so require they are the law of the land.

I think after the second trimester it should be okay, but they should be required to do a non-stress test after tasing the mother, to assess fetal viability.

This is correct. Being forced or threatened into a contract makes the contract unenforceable in any U.S. court. Plus kicking the police department's ass in court beats getting tased on the side of the road. Sign the ticket, win later.

What happened to the "refused to sign". It used to be that if a violator refused to sign, the officer just wrote on the ticket that the person refused to sign, gave them their copy and went about his business. No problems, no tasers , no shooting. The violator would then have to explain to the judge the reason for refusing to sign.
