Junk Food is poison

Yesterday I bought a 12 pack of Red Velvet mini cupcakes in the bakery section of the grocery store. Foolish thing to do, I don't usually do that kind of thing, after getting home I ate one, it was sooo good I grabbed another and another , then after eating 8 I looked at the box, there's 100 calories in each tiny cupcake. That's not the scary part, what's scary is the way I found myself acting with the remaining cupcakes this morning, after eating one I tried to get another one out of the container but it was stuck inside the little plastic compartment, I attacked that packaging like a crazed 400 pound sugar addict. I was pulling on it and desperate to get the cupcake I was craving. It reminded me of a study I had read about... which said that eating junk food creates SINISTER changes in your brain so that the next day you're CRAVING the junk again like a junk food junkie. SCARY !!
I now realize it's not "the battle of the bulge", it's a battle against junk food.
It's not a battle against our own bodies, it's a battle against sugary garbage and all junk food.We should kick it ALL to the curb and never touch it, it's like a drug. We should only eat healthy food, especially veggies,junk food kills people and it should come with a warning label.
