So all this ascension, light body, freedom, 5th dimension and other uplifting ideas are simply to keep us from rebelling?

How can I leave my body during sleep?

So basically we truthseekers are no better off than the average American idol watching, aspartame guzzling, pill popping "sheeple?"

Why is this so? You claim to fight for the good side yet those of us who are actively seeking get thrown under the same bus as those who are obsessed with their ego. How is that justice?

Everyone leaves during sleep, you just have to become more aware.

If you do 11 situps before bed it helps.

The other thing is if you create the intention to remember before you go to sleep you might remember. Intend to remember and know.

This isn't a trick question or an attack, but I am uncomfortable with how you use the word power here, could you please explain what power is to you.

To me power is just another tool to keep our minds imprisoned. It is a construct of man and possibly the most addictive concept we ever came up with.
Intelectual power to tell another his opinion is wrong.
Physical power to bully another into submission.
Its allways a struggle the way man uses it.
We obsess over power/level/hierachy , it like the ultimate source for our ego.

So one needs power in order to enter a spiritual utopia? a power you must take?
This is why I was uncomfortable with the concept at its base.
I get it that you must earn it( its not a government hand out), spend time understanding and exploring the concepts on a philosophical level. So surely a utopia is only obtainable, Spiritual and Physical by the relinquishment of power? Or I guess at least the concept of power as a weapon/threat (this is not the words that I want to use, but I cant find a suitable english word)
