Knowingly and intentionally using that much excessive force against a restrained elderly person is really attempted murder, and the cop should be charged accordingly. The elderly victim could have easily died from that physical abuse.

I'm glad they stopped her, and I'm glad they arrested her as she appeared to need to be locked up. But there are laws against excessive force for good reason, and they need to be applied to this LEO.

And for the "kill her" crowd, just think if that was a family member of yours. How would you want her to be treated?

If I was the woman assaulted I would own them and every cent they ever thought they might make for the rest of their lives.

If I was this woman I would make it my life's mission to make sure they NEVER had another job except pushing a broom at some gas station as a janitor.

Nah, my mommy left me to fend for myself because she was too busy being drunk to take care of me, let alone teach me anything like my whole life. Also, I'm an ex-alcoholic with 2 DUI's and have had my own deserved beat downs in the past. In other arrests, I have complied and not acted like a caged animal and guess what? I was treated like a man and talked to like a man. Imagine that shit?

Cops approach vehicle...open drivers door and drags old lady out and drops on ground.

The first what? I know martial arts and I like to fight without gloves and pads. I also know guns and have been in TSHTF scenarios before. Hence, I will be one of the first to survive because I know the streets, I know how to fight and I know human nature. These are great traits if TSHTF and traits 99% of the human sheeple do not have.

Look, it's this simple. When you are incapacitated such as this woman was, the responsibility of her well being falls on those in her care/custody, the police. The woman was already seated on the ground at the beginning of this video. Considering her age and drunk condition, it would have been easier to roll her over onto her side and then onto her stomach. Place her in cuffs and bring the vehicle as close to her as possible to put her in the vehicle. That simple. Drunks are horrible people when they become indignent. police should rise above that. Stop for a second if there is is no immediate danger. Attempt to deescalate the situation. Utilize only the level of force necessary to attain the objective.
