That way after one shift we can almost be millionaires. Two days and we are there baby! Now of course this is crazy, but is it any more delusional than thinking that a "minimum wage" can be pre-determined for all jobs and all locations? Jobs should pay what people will work for. Wages too low, people wont work. The key is to get illegals out of these jobs and out of the country. US citizens will landscape and roof houses and bus tables if pay is reasonable. Illegals drive down wages and benefits. Wake the fuck up |

Demand that the unemployment rate go up! Demand that more workers be laid off because businesses can't afford to pay them all! Demand that prices rise! Demand that private businesses rescue you because the government screwed up the economy! Demand all of this, because we're all special snowflakes who are entitled to everything we want and shouldn't have to work for it! |

I'm willing to work a minimum wage job, and if I could I would work for less, because the labor that is required for those jobs is not worth $7.25 an hour. Your reasoning and logic is on par with a low average middle schooler. Me thinks you are in minimum wage job and bitter about it. Don't blame you for that. The US dollar is governed by relative factors controlled by the Federal reserve. The single most powerful tool that is being used to make people more poor is inflation. If the minimum wage goes up, you will see a rise in the cost of living. (Inflation) Instead of begging/demanding/extorting for the illusion of gained wealth, I think it would be more wise to educate yourselves on the creation/destruction of wealth cycle within the current economic system of the United States. After this is accomplished I think you should unite people to change that economic system to a form which doesn't allow for wealth destruction/theft. A person working at the bottom of the stack needs to have the hope and ability to improve his/her life. When wealth is confiscated and destroyed, the ability to rise from your station goes with it. The first step of preventing the destruction/confiscation of wealth is tying your currency to something which cannot be manipulated outside your personal control. |
