You're an idiot. This allows witnesses to upload/submit videos of crimes. There is no conspiracy to "get vids from phones" without consent.

You are correct it is an app for children to tattle on their parents disregarding that sometimes this amounts to balking against a deserved punishment, and friend against friend it is amazing how little a person’s integrity can be purchased for these days. This amount to stalking of your family members, friends and neighbors and facts be damned just put your spin on everyday situations thus throwing someone under the bus for personal gain it is disgusting.
