I don't think they are clueless. They are in on it. The financial system is collapsing and it is the financial system that gives them all the control via power and wealth. Money is just paper. Gold is just a rock. A method and means to trade. Only they use the system, not for trade, but for power, control, and exploitation. The only thing that is collapsing is their system. If their system collapses, they lose, not the people. So they initiate mass immigration, to keep the system alive.

The USA, specifically has to deal with the loss of power, that is obtained through having and controlling the reserve currency. Is it a back door deal with the Chinese, to pay off the "debt"?
