Make hot water out lemon slices in it with the skin too.. Drink it 3 times a day and add other things to it like green tea if you want. Also buy garlic and eat a couple of garlic pieces a day

Great minds think alike. Actually I have been having hot tea with lemon and organic butter. Also I have been eating one egg cooked in garlic.
